It's an easy dive, between 3 and 12 m depth. Among big reefs with ravines and dens, you can see beautiful daylight tricks. At 6 m. lied a German M.A.S. wreck from second world war, where the engine and a little cannon on the stern are well outstanding, while at 3 m. there is a huge anchor. The dive is perfect for Open Water Divers.

It's a multilevel shoal with a "rock hat" between 12 and 15 m deep. It's rich of dens and ravines, where are living Ray's breams, steentjies, dassies, polyps, congers, morays, squills and the rare "Doris verrucosa" nudibranchias. At 18 m. lies a sculpture giving this peculiar dive title: it's a mix of diving tanks, which has a sea-urchin form. On its left side stands out a little cave, completely covered by parazoanthus. On the bottom gush out several water sources and fan mussels nobilis. During spring time it's easy to meet here frog-fishes.

A "rock hat" I found here between 16 and 20 m depth, whose sea inhabitants are Ray's breams, steentjies, dassies, blacktails, corvinas, scorpion fishes, polyps, congers, morays. Here are also living different nudibranchias species, expecially sea cowhide (Discodoris atromaculata), a lot of flabellates and Hypselodoris tricolor. The will go on along a wall (max. depth is 25 m) and it's reach of coloured ravines and lobsters. Good place for night dive.

Generally during this dive we stop the boat close to the coast, on a rocky bottom between 3 and 10 m deep., which then goes down until 20 m.
On this peculiar dive point, on 26th October 1991, a mixed French-Italian dive group lied down at 14m. depth a little Our Lady sculpture. The dive can be performed remaining around 20 m. deep or can be followed the eastern wall until 30 m. deep, with marvellous red coral. It's a multilevel dive, suitable for every kind of diver.

Pertuso - Dive type: Medium - Min depth: 16m, Max depth: 36m

It's a very wide shoal, offering multilevel dives possibilities. The rock bottom lies between 16 and 20 m. deep, where there are polyps, Ray's breams, steentjies, dassies, blacktails, scorpion fishes and morays. A wall it's extended until 36 m. deep, where is a split holding a big lobsters colony, together with congers and other species. Going back it's found a canyon with red coral, polychaete worms and a rock entirely covered by incredible parazoanthus: Here is it possible to meet the famous barracudas and once we met also two rare manta rays. Nudibranchias and beautiful planarians can be easily watched. Sometimes it's also possible to meet big stone basses.

It's impossible to visit completely this big shoal during only once diving. Generally we stop around 14 and 18 m. and then we go on along a wall with a lot of splits, all covered by sponges and polychaete worms. Here stay hidden polyps, congers and morays. Rising a little bit is it possible to have Ray's breams and blacktails all surround . During diving it's not rare to meet currents, through which is possible to meet a lot of crossing fishes, such as amberjacks, lobsters and barracudas.

The dive starts from 20 m. until 39m., where we find big rocks, standing on a sandy bottom, covered by coloured parazoanthus and corals and above all a false black coral bench "gerardia savaglia". The current is not rare, therefore normally we have a very good visibility and different crossing fishes species. Among the rocks polyps use to search their lairs and on attention sight, you can distinguish little nudibranchias and coloured crinoids.

The dive starts around 18 m. deep with a rocky surface. It quickly goes down until 24 m., where there are wide vaults, inside which all the walls are covered by the famous coral Rubrum, parazoanthus and coloured sponges, ideal accommodation for shrimps, squills and cowries. Then the bottom reaches the 40 m. deep, where it finds a big anchor.
